Halo Infinite finally has a release date: during the Gamescom 2021 Opening Night Live, Microsoft announced that the new chapter of the Master Chief saga will be available starting next December 8th. The announcement was accompanied by the presentation of Season One of the game which, as anticipated, will adopt a Game as a service structure.

On day one of Halo Infinite, the single player campaign and the entire multiplayer sector will be available, while the cooperative campaign and the Forge, as already announced, will arrive in the following seasons.
