Shinji Hashimoto is leaving the role of Brand Manager of the Final Fantasy series. In its place comes Yoshinori Kitase.
During the Fan Fest 2021 Held in digital form over the past weekend, Hashimoto has publicly stated that he is leaving his role as Brand Manager of the Final Fantasy series. This is not a farewell to Square Enix, in fact its many years of experience will remain at the service of the Japanese company for other future projects.
It takes its place Yoshinori Kitase, not the first comer we can say. In fact, Kitase has been working for Square since 1990, the year in which he began working on Final Fantasy VI and then moved on to many other titles in the saga. He is currently working on the project FFVII Remake, which we remember not yet knowing how many chapters will be composed, and on the mobile project Ever Crisis.
