The open beta of Guilty Gear Strive is finished and after a phase of feedback collecting Arc System Works has decided to postpone the release of their next chapter by two months. In short, Guilty Gear Strive will hit stores next June 11 2021, rather than next April 9th.

The reasons behind the postponement lie in some problems encountered by the players in the online mode of the game. Nothing to do with the netcode, universally appreciated by players especially for its nature rollback. However, the management of the lobbies was not met with the same enthusiasm, resulting cumbersome e confusing, thus leading Arc Sys to announce this small postponement dedicated to the polishing of the latter.
