Erika Harlacher, voice actress of Ann in Persona 5, revealed in a video posted on Cassandra Lee Morris' channel, voice of Morgana, who the location of Persona 5 Strikers in the west has been delayed due to Covid. 

In an informal chat between the two voice actresses, Harlacher revealed that Persona 5's English dub was due to begin. in April. Everything was ready, but just before the recording began, the pandemic forced everyone to quarantine. The production had assured that the work would be resumed in a few weeks, but it did not.

Harlacher found herself having to ignore the questions fans asked her on social media, regarding the progress of the Persona 5 Strikers dubbing, precisely because he had no idea when production could resume.

The pandemic then forced the producers to a different solution. Each voice actor received professional equipment at home to record their part remotely and send it via internet to the technicians for mixing.

Persona 5 Strikers is already available in Japan from February 2020, under the name Persona 5 Scramble. In the west, the spin off of Persona 5 only the 23 2021 February, more than a year after its Japanese release.
