The development team, founded in 2002, will thus become an official subsidiary of Nintendo, and even if the collaboration between the big N and Next Level Games in recent years had already been really close, the latter has also worked with others in the past. publisher such as Activision e SEGA, developing games such as Transformers: Cybertron Adventures and Captain America: Super Soldier.
The formalization of the acquisition should arrive on the first of March of this year, but nevertheless the negotiations are already practically concluded, and only the end of the last bureaucratic steps is awaited.
