A few months ago the gaming division of KFC, the well-known American fast food chain specializing in fried chicken, published a nice video presentation for their console: KFConsole. Half console, half fryer.
A nice pre-Next Gen joke? Not at all. Today Uncle Sam presented the technical specifications of their hardware, designed in collaboration with Cooler Master.
The hardware specifications at the moment remain a mystery, but the company has guaranteed that the console will be equipped with a processor Intel Nuc 9, an Nvidia RTX card - thus guaranteeing i 4K 240FPS and support to VR - an NVMe Firecuda SSD e two 1TB Barracuda SSDs (courtesy of Seagate). All closed inside a case capable of supporting the change of GPU and modular CPU, for immediate upgrades in the future.
Launch date? Price? A mystery, however we take off our hats in the face of yet another madness Made in the USA. Stuff you would not believe.
