Cyberpunk 2077 XboxAfter Cyberpunk 2077 is removed from the Playstation digital store, the time comes for Microsoft to have its say on the issue. The Redmond house has decided to go a different way and simply extend the existing measures, guaranteeing full reimbursement to all users dissatisfied with the title of CDProjekt RED, especially in its version for Xbox One. The communication came through the profile Official Twitter support:

"Cyberpunk 2077: To make sure every gamer gets the experience they expect on Xbox, we will expand our existing refund policy to offer a full refund to anyone who digitally purchased Cyberpunk 2077 on the Microsoft Store, until further notice."

Further indications were then provided in following tweets explaining the reasons behind this decision and the current refund situation on the platform:

“While we know that the developers of CD PROJEKT RED have worked hard to bring Cyberpunk 2077 out under extremely difficult circumstances, we also realize that some players have been dissatisfied with the current experience on older consoles. Currently, we have guaranteed reimbursement to the vast majority of customers who have requested it. To request a refund for Cyberpunk 2077, please follow the illustrated instructions on our Xbox refunds page"

As already anticipated by CDPR itself in the afternoon, therefore, the game should remain available on the Microsoft Store, where there is currently no treatment similar to what happened on the Playstation store, and on Xbox we will simply reimburse all unsatisfied players in the usual way.
