World of Warcraft's new expansion, Shadowlands, is causing more of a problem for Blizzard. Already postponed once, the official release of the expansion has caused a lot of inconvenience to players. From very long queues to access the game, to lag problems and sudden disconnections.

Blizzard acknowledged the problem and in a post about official forums has announced that it is working on a solution. In the post, the community manager of the company explains that the problem would be to be found in a sudden increase in requests for entry into certain realms. Despite the capacity increases Blizzard made to the affected Realms, problems continued to manifest.

At the moment Blizzard would be trying to balance the possibility of access to the most crowded Realms and the stability of the same, working extremely quickly to solve the problem. At the moment the realms involved in the European servers are:

  • Blackhand
  • Blackmoore
  • Dentarg
  • Draenor
  • Echsenkessel
  • Hyjal
  • Kazzak
  • Mal'Ganis
  • Silvermoon
  • Taerar
  • Twisting Nether

The solution of these problems would be at the moment Blizzard's number one priority.
