In the past few hours Sony has announced that one of the new modes of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, called Zombie Onslaught, will be available exclusively on PlayStation platforms until 1 November 2021.

This new mode, detached from Treyarch's classic Zombie that will instead be available on all platforms, will test two players in co-op who will have to survive hordes of zombies in specific portions of multiplayer maps of Cold War, which will then expand as the rounds pass.

Not being able to access Zombie Onslaught it will not therefore prejudice PC and Xbox users from playing the classic Zombie mode that has always been present in Treyarch titles, but only to face these challenges in the multiplayer maps of the title.

Finally, we remind you that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PC next 13 November, and next-gen versions will benefit from both ray tracing, both of the a 120fps.
