The official Twitter account of the game has in fact tried to stop the wave of clickbait titles that have appeared in these hours, specifying that the online mode of Cyberpunk 2077 is a totally separate project from Cyberpunk single player:
“Nothing has changed. Cyberpunk 2077 is a single player game with zero microtransactions. A single purchase. No makeup. Don't believe in clickbaits. Cyberpunk online, a separate project, will have some microtransactions, but we said that a year ago. As always, we treat your money with respect. "
Furthermore, during this conference, the CEO of CD Projekt has already confirmed how these microtransactions they will not be aggressive and will be designed to make potential buyers happy.
