The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, the return to the scene of Supermassive Games, left the passion of the narrative titles a little dry-mouthed. The work did not stand up to the comparison with Until Dawn, despite some decidedly intriguing novelties, and now we are all waiting to find out what the future of this horror anthology has in store for us. The next chapter is Little hope, initially scheduled for this summer and then postponed because of the Coronavirus, which recently received a new one trailer.

The promotional video, published by Bandai Namco, contains approx 8 minutes of gameplay, taken from what we can guess is the initial sequence of plot. We are clearly faced with a product very similar to Man of Medan, slightly finished but with the usual woody dialogues which hopefully belong to a non-definitive version of the work. There remains little hope that The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will stand out and fill the gaps of its predecessor, paving the way for the next three chapters of the series.
