As much as the title is undeniably funny and rich in content, one of the big problems of The Outer Worlds (since launch) has been there size of the writing on the screen. Many players found it difficult to follow the text, and the small size on small screens sometimes made it impossible to read.

Although the November update allowed some breathing space by enlarging the writing, the patch 1.3 released in the last few hours takes it a step further. Now the has been introduced possibility to completely adjust the font, including that of the UI, and the colors have been calibrated for better visibility. But not only that: the support for Ultra Wide monitors and Multi Quest Map Tracking, which allows you to view inactive missions on the map and select them.

These changes will also be kept on the version for Nintendo Switch of The Outer Worlds, postponed due to the Coronavirus.
