For a long time there has been talk of a possible event Nintendo Switch Pro and the latest rumors went back to last year, when there was talk of a certain Switch Mini and Pro. One of the market analysts who was most convinced of the release of these two versions was Dr. Serkan Toto, CEO of the consulting agency Kantan Games, who at the time was also one of the few to call Switch Mini with the name of Switch Lite, what was then the official name of the console.
Now Dr. Serkan Toto returns to the limelight by returning to speak Switch Pro: according to the analyst, the 2020 is the year in which this enhanced version of the console will come out with certainty, will have the support for 4K, more power (obviously), it will cost dollars 399 and will have a first party launch game of great caliber.
Here are his words:
There is absolutely no doubt that Nintendo will launch a Nintendo Switch Pro in 2020, I believe at $ 399. Specifically, I believe in the presence of 4K support, larger cartridges and obviously enhanced components.
I also believe that it will be launched after the summer holidays to counter the launch of the next generation PS5 and Xbox, all together with a thick first-party game that can act as a system seller.
Obviously we are faced with unofficial information, although the analyst in question had clear ideas about Nintendo Switch Lite too. That it is all true and that the game in question is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2?
We just have to wait for information from Nintendo in the next months.
