Now that version too Nintendo Switch di Stardew Valley has been published, the focus is on the launch of the version 1.4 of the game. This patch is defined as a "total" update as it touches "virtually every aspect" of the game.
In an interview with US Gamer, Eric Barone, creator and sole member of the software house ConcernedApe, stated that one of the main objectives was to add "many" improvements to the quality-of-life to make the game more "comfortable and simple". Here are his words:
Once the players experience them, I think they will wonder how they ever managed to play before! With the [version] 1.4 I want to give a whole new level of finishing to Stardew Valley, in addition to adding a lot of rich and rewarding content to the game.
The creator provided some examples to help explain what he meant:
There are some really simple things that were missing in the game and that really improve the experience, like being able to press TAB on the PC to go from one line of your inventory to the next or be able to pass over an object and get a indication if required for any community center bundle.
In short, many small aspects that will improve the overall experience of all the "small" players simulator.
