Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is now available in beta on Playstation 4, and as scheduled, the first sensations about the game and more are coming.

Some might turn up their nose at the idea of a return of loot boxes in the next CoD. Apparently, a post-game screen within the beta showed the presence of unloved prize coffers.

Obviously it is nothing official, but according to the Twitter user @NerosCinema who posted yesterday a video where one speaks of loot box, it seems that the possibility is concrete.

Specifically, the screen indicates that upon reaching the 6 rank, a "common supply box" will be obtained as a prize, in the local language known as the common supply tank.

Now, bearing in mind that we are talking about beta and not full game, this may very well be the work of a bug, but knowing Activision's history within the loot box topic and the questionable methods in exploiting them within the series Call of Duty, it can annoy many players.

For now we just have to wait for an official response from Activision or the release of the game to see if the loot boxes will return. I remind you that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available from 25 October on PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.

Meanwhile, if you don't know how long it will last and when it will arrive the beta outside of that Ps4, here's where you can retrieve all the dates to try the game.
