Gears 5 has officially entered the "gold phase" of its development, this means that the final build is ready to be finished before launch.
Microsoft and The Coalition have announced that Gears 5 has just entered the gold, or the last phase of development. Now the build of the game will have to face the finishing phase before it can arrive in the shops, and on gamepass, in September.
The study announced the achievement of the goal also on Xbox Blog and together with the announcement, they confirmed the presence at Gamescom for the 19 August where the new Horde mode will be shown.
Do not forget the presence of a Tech Test for the mode itself, scheduled to start this month. The Coalition will probably announce the Test dates during the Gamescom along with a free spoiler list of the game's goals.

Microsoft announced, in addition to the arrival of Gears 5 the September 6 on Gamepass and the 10 on the shelves, also a hardware line inspired by the game like an Xbox One X Limited Edition, new bundles for the standard editions of Xbox One X and Xbox One S, a new controller and a wireless keyboard and mouse.
