Epic has finally begun to introduce a long-awaited feature, the support of cloud saves.
A first, timely announcement comes directly from a tweet from the Epic boss Tim Sweeney related to the recent free game offered in the store, moonlighter. In the tweet Sweeney answers a player's question, confirming that the feature is still enabled for a limited number of games.
Cloud saves are enabled for a couple of new games right now. We have a bit more work to do before rolling it out more widely.

The Reddit user u / arctyczyn he noticed that too This War of Mine, the other free game this week, supports cloud saves. Sweeney also stated that there is still work to be done before support on all games.
In March Epic had announced the intention to introduce support for cloud backups in May so it is clear that I am a little late on the roadmap. It is however a pleasure to know that the company is working on a necessary and very requested feature.
