Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle it is finally available from today 5 July for: Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC e Xbox One. The third season of the anime is just over. Alas we should wait another year to see a fourth come out. Meanwhile, however, we could console ourselves with the second chapter of the relative tie-in. In Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle there will be some missions taken directly from third season of manga, five playable characters and a new mode of brand. The first chapter, Attack On Titan: Wings of Freedom, received the critics' favors not only for being quite faithful to the original manga, but above all for its spectacularity. Here is the official press release from Koei Tecmo:

Players are invited to equip their Omni-Directional Mobility gear and join the battle against the devastating Titans on PlayStation®4Nintendo Switch ™,Xbox One (including Xbox One X) and PC via steam®.

AOT 2: Final Battle offers exciting new game modes, allowing players to immerse themselves in the captivating story of the anime's 3 Season and manage their own regiment to reclaim the land from the Titans. In the Character Episode mode, players can follow the plot of the 3 Season through three different timelines: that of the Scout Regiment, that of the 104th Cadet Corps and that of the Warriors - so you can watch key points of the plot through the eyes of the different characters. In Territory Recovery mode, aspiring commanders can create their dream team, using any of the over 40 playable characters on the roster to push themselves out of the walls and fight to reclaim land for humanity.

Scouts can refer to a wide range of equipment to deal with the Titans. The Slashing Gear allows you to use the blades to deal damage to different parts of the Titans' bodies. Those who prefer long-range attacks can instead equip the deadly Shooting Gear, with two guns that inflict rapid fire damage. In addition, Scouts can also refer to Thunder Spear and the Gatling Gun.

Players ready to join the fight in AOT 2: Final Battle can still get a variety of bonuses. Buying the game, in physical or digital version, on any platform within the first month of launch, will allow you to unlock the "Queen Historia" costume for Christa, "Young Male Coat" for Kenny, "Plain Clothes (Underground City)" for Levi and the "One-piece Dress" costume for Mikasa. To redeem them, all you have to do is visit the digital store of the respective platform and redeem the free bonuses by the end of July.
