The new series of Netflix dedicated to the saga of novels The Witcher will be present at the Comic-Con in San Diego this year. The 19 July, in the largest and most prestigious hall of the convention, Hall H, the series will be presented and discussed and we can certainly expect some surprises.

There is still little information about the presentation as it is not even clear if the three main protagonists Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra and Frey Allan will be present, who played respectively Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri but we know that actress Yvette Nicole Brown (Drake & Josh, Avengers: Endgame) will direct it.

The first season will count 10 episodes and the airing is scheduled for this year: it is likely that the start date will be communicated on this occasion.

The series will be set in the "Continent", a place where men, elves, gnomes, witchers and monsters live in constant contrast. According to the producers the line between good and evil will not be easily traceable by the viewer.

The showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich published a series of tweets with photos of the characters and a brief description.

We just have to wait for the panel to get more information on this highly anticipated series.
