- Discover the latest SEGA Ages collection -
Virtua Racing e Wonder Boy: Monster Land are the next titles that will enrich the collection rose SEGA Ages starting from 27 June 2019!
The SEGA AGES version of Virtua Racing proposes a glorious arcade classic in an extremely improved edition, with a higher framerate, a larger draw distance, online matchmaking (with rankings) and an absent replay mechanic in the original version. Moreover, the game supports local multiplayer up to a maximum of 8 CONTEMPORARY players, a perfect way to relive the adrenaline-filled arcade experience in the company of your friends!
The SEGA AGES version of Wonder Boy: Monster Land includes several improvements, such as the "Power Up New Game" (New Game Plus), a feature that can be activated at any time, even without finishing the game, which allows you to restart the game after a game over preserving the equipment. There are also three new challenge modes (Sphinx time trials and Monster Castle, plus the Fire Ball scoring test), online rankings, a replay feature and the "Money Hungry Mode". The latter concerns a bug that existed in the original arcade version so players could increase the value of any hidden gold piece by quickly shaking the joystick back and forth. The bug, by default, in this version was not fixed; to do it and have a really hardcore experience, you need to activate the "Money Hungry Mode"!
Get on board a Formula One single-seater and compete against the best riders in the world in the first faithful reproduction of this arcade classic. Choose between the Normal Race mode that makes you race from 4-5 laps, or put your endurance to the test with the Grand Prix Race mode by completing 20 laps races. The car's performance decreases more and more during the race, so it plans to stop at the strategic pits and go to cross the finish line under the checkered flag!
Wonder Boy: Monster Land
After defeating the king of evil, the kingdom of Wonder Land was a paradise ... at least for a while. Peace was broken when a ferocious fire-breathing dragon struck without warning and conquered Wonder Land with a band of evil, monstrous henchmen, transforming a once peaceful land into a chaotic, monster-infested moor. Realizing that he is the last hope for Wonder Land, Wonder Boy sets out on an incredible journey to rid his land of monsters and defeat the "invincible" dragon.
Virtua Racing and Wonder Boy: Monster Land will be available individually on the Nintendo Switch eShop starting from June 27, for the price of 6,99 €.
