Good news for fans of Half-Life. Denys Almaral issued a demo of its fan-made version of Half-Life 3 in Unreal Engine 4. The most interesting aspect of this story is that it uses free assets currently available on marketplace of Unreal Engine.

Like most fan-made projects, this demo will give you an idea of how Half-Life 3 could be if made with a latest-generation graphics engine. the project in question has been done by one person (or Denys Almaral obviously). Then for which there are the due limitations of the case.

At the moment there are no future plans to turn this demo into a true fan-made game of Half-Life 3. For all those who are interested in full-fledged fan-made versions of the much-coveted third chapter of Valve's masterpiece, there are currently two projects on the subject, quite promising even if developing Boreal Alyph and the Project Borealis.
