In recent hours, the Italian development studio Storm in a Teacup has officially unveiled the release date for Close to the Sun. As reported by VentureBeat, the horror indie developed in Unreal Engine will be available starting from the next 2 May on PS4, Xbox One, and on PC like exclusive Epic Games Store.

The game in first person will let us explore the giant ship of Nikola Tesla, Helios, which in addition to being the laboratory of the brilliant scientist and inventor, will also hide a terrible secret that we will find out. Close to the Sun is therefore added to the increasingly long list of exclusives that the Epic Games Store has managed to snatch from the competitor Steam, thanks also to the higher revenue that the platform offers to developers (88%, against Steam's 70%).
