The software house Bluehole today announced that fifteen people suspected of developing and selling hacking programs for PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, have been arrested and fined for a total of 5,1 million dollars.

Through a post of SteamBluehole said that other suspects are still being investigated and that in the cases of those arrested, cheating programs included malicious code designed to steal user information as well.

Some hacking programs distributed over the Internet include the Huigezi trojan virus (a Chinese backdoor): it was shown that hackers used this virus to control users' PCs, scan their data and extract information illegally.
