According to the latest news on the network, Niantic has received a complaint from an entire nation, that of the Netherlands. Reason, as it is easy to imagine, is the over-popularity of Pokémon GO. National authorities have been dealing with a whole set of unexpected problems, between invasions of the protected Kijkduin to the crimes committed against the players.

The Dutch government has well thought of banning the game from 23: 00 to 7: 00 in the morning, but clearly in order to do so, we need Niantic's collaboration. Until now, California developers have not provided any answers or given their help in solving these problems. Niantic will have to appear in court in The Hague and will have to respond to charges of damages to protected areas and problems caused to citizenship.

Who's gonna shoot her? The Dutch Government or Niantic Labs?
