This morning Nintendo has confirmed some of the last details of the subscription to the Switch online service. Among other things, the service includes access to the NES, 20 titles of which will be available at launch. This will replace the Virtual Console, which is an elegant name for what is essentially an emulator, a store that will cover several generations of consoles.

We had the Virtual Console had on Wii, Wii U and 3DS, but Nintendo remained silent on his return on Switch. At least until today.

"Currently there are no programs to bring classic games together under the banner of the Virtual Console as was done on other Nintendo systems." Nintendo said Kotaku.
